Project Engineer - Wellington
We are looking for an intermediate level Project/Site Engineer to join our Wellington team to continue to deliver construction projects in the Wellington region.
To be considered for this role you will have a structural background with a few years of design under your belt along with proven site experience and a background in either Civil or a B.E. (Civil) Engineering.
Your responsibilities on projects will include design and supervision of significant temporary works and design management and undertake all standard project set-out surveying and ensure the work can be carried out by the project team, and that all deliverables are clearly agreed with the site team as scoped in the Service Agreement.
You will continually maintain familiarity with the construction drawings and ensure that the structural and architectural shop drawings are also consistent with the current design and specifications. You will also understand the BIM requirements so that you can communicate any changes required for the modelling process or design team.
You will manage, co-ordinate and monitor all activities of consultants and subcontractors with structural aspects to ensure that design co-ordination elements are met to suit project specifics.
