We started in 1910 as two family-run building companies in Dunedin, which merged in 1969 to form Naylor Love. We are proud of our heritage, which has been built around a commitment to building long-term relationships and a policy of continuous improvement.
Still New Zealand owned and operated, we now have over 700 staff in eight offices, with the expertise, capacity and support structure to undertake projects anywhere in the country.

Naylor Love has an excellent reputation for prioritising health and safety on our sites, with innovative health and safety systems and consistently excellent results in safety audits and inspections. We have also made a genuine and profound commitment to be a leader in sustainable construction practices and a champion of sustainable construction products in New Zealand. We have undertaken to reduce our carbon footprint 25% by 2025 and 46% by 2030.
