We are seeking a motivated and driven Pre-Construction Project Manager who has main contractor experience in delivering premium commercial projects, to join our team.
This is a specialist role and the successful candidate will have had previous experience of contributing to the strategic procurement of projects, and providing operational input by working collaboratively with the pre-construction and estimating teams, and developing sound construction methodologies and build-ability into the preconstruction / tendering process.
The candidate will have a full understanding of the commercial construction sector and all its components on major building developments in the $1-$50 million plus range.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a belief in the leadership role are absolutely essential.
